In this hands-on class you will work with our Master Chocolatier, Morag Reid to make molded bonbons using the tried-and-true techniques of a professional chocolatier. You will take home your own box of white chocolate vanilla bonbons in a dark chocolate shell. Share them with family and friends… or just eat them yourself.
Tools, ingredients and equipment will be provided. Snacks and Drinks included
